Having lived in Southwest Florida since 2001, Jake Comisar brings more than just local market knowledge—he brings deep roots and a true passion for the community. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Jake understands firsthand why so many families choose to make this area their home, and he takes pride in helping his clients do the same.
 
Jake graduated Cum Laude from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management while balancing a full athletic schedule as a collegiate lacrosse and hockey player. He was also a proud member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, where he developed lifelong friendships and a strong foundation in leadership and service.
 
Licensed since 2019, Jake is a full-time Real Estate Advisor with Domain Realty, specializing in golf course, resort-style and boating communities across Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, and Fort Myers.
 
As a member of the Bonita-Estero Board of NAR, Jake is known for his hands-on approach, responsiveness, and ability to work closely with each client based on their unique goals. He takes the time to truly understand what matters most, tailoring his strategy to deliver results with care, clarity, and professionalism. Jake treats every client like family, and that level of trust and personalized service defines his business.
 
Real estate is in Jake’s blood—his father, mother, brother, and cousins are all in the business, and they proudly work together at Domain Realty as part of a trusted, family-driven team.
